Deciding on your bride shoes
If you have already chosen your dress, hairstyle etc the next thing you need to do is decide on your shoes. If you are undecided about whether to wear Heels or Flat shoes, then consider the following -
HEELS - (Shoes with higher heels)
FORS & AGAINST - Whether you regularly wear heels, the choice of high heels for your wedding day may depend on the following factors
The wide choice of gorgeous bride shoes that are available to buy, fashion designer styles such as cross-block, low-block, sling-backs and sandals. The ability to wear a longer length, slimming, wedding dress, the fact that they go with any outfit so you can wear them again after your wedding.
Or the against like whether or not they will be seen if you have chosen a longer wedding dress, the amount of time you will be standing in them and whether or not they will be comfortable enough for you to wear them for the duration of your wedding?
The latter does not have to be a problem if you really have got your heart set on high heels, Nowadays, you can opt for comfy shoes, as these can be purchased quite easily from your local high street or online store. Alternatively, you can give your new shoes a trial run by wearing them before your wedding day, this way you can see for yourself that they will be comfortable enough.
FLATS - (Low heeled shoes or pumps)
FORS AND AGAINSTS - If you want to take a break from heels or think that maybe you're too tall, you might want to opt for these
Instead - the same as for heels, you can also get a great choice in bride shoes in flats, also available to buy in fashion styles such as sandals, kitten heel, slingbacks and pumps, you can wear with a short or long wedding dress and you can even wear pumps as they probably won't be seen if you have chosen a longer dress, they are not quite as sexy and may still be uncomfortable. (I found this out once when I purchased some patent leather shoes when my shoe broke on the way to work! I really liked the way they looked but as my work was quite a walk, by the time I got to my job my feet were so sore and felt like they had been in a crusher! I had trouble walking around in them. This being the case I would definitely recommend a trial run!
Once you have decided on the type of shoes, whether it be heels or flats why not take a look at the following -
